Come join the TLC Sutter Home C.A.R.E. Team, We are looking for Caring, Dependable, Dedicated Staff who will provide direct care for our individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  We are hiring staff to work at our 5 person Group Home, at our 3 bed Women's ISL, and our 3 bed Men's ISL. We provide paid on the job training, 90 day sign-on bonus, two other bonuses during the year, and many other benefits of being part of our CARE team. We pay weekly. Responsibilities include doing outings, Individual interactions, Individual care, cooking, cleaning, documentation and other tasks. We have a team of hard working Staff that like to see others be successful. Required to be able to lift 50 pounds. 

We pay well. We pay TIME AND A HALF on weekends. Double time when appropriate (will discuss at interview) ... Nice Bonuses twice a year based on the number of hours worked. Requirements: 

• High school degree/GED required

• 18 years of age or older

• You do not need to be a CNA

• Valid driver's license (in most cases)

• Ability to communicate both verbally and written

• Ability to handle physical aspects of job lift 50 lbs.

• Medication Administration is not a requirement but a benefit, we will train you after 90 days

• Raises at 30, 60, 90 days

• $100 sign on bonus at 90 days

Duties:

• Charting or taking notes for others to review

• Reporting changes in the health or status of the client

• Dressing and helping Consumers toileting needs

• Feeding clients

• Facilitating community and recreational outings, including transport

• Good attitudes

•       Kind to fellow staff and consumers

• Interacting with consumers as if they were your family

Hours per Week:

• 30-40hrs

• 7a-3p & 3p-11p & 11 p-7a, 7a-7p, 7p-7am

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time

Salary: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 

• 12 hour shift

• 8 hour shift

• Holidays, Pay time and a half

• Overtime

• Weekends , Pay time and a half

Supplemental pay types: 

• Bonus pay

• Signing bonus after 90 days

Ability to commute/relocate: 

Palmyra, MO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving (Preferred)

License/Certification:
